Rules and Regulation (Gear Heads Car Club)
Membership
To become a member of Gear Heads Car Club, The following must be completed before being accepted as an official member.
You must pay the deposit of $15 dollars ($12 for the t-shirt, rest for future investments).
You must display decal of our car club in a window on your vehicle.
At events it’s good if you can support our club, by wearing our club's t-shirt.
You must try to stay informed about future events.
You must be recommend by a Gear Heads Member and then must be voted on.
Try to help out the “Senior Members” with help setting up events, cleaning up, selling items, etc.
Events
Cruising
When cruising on the interstate or going to an event, if we decide to stay information, you stay information! No racing other cars while cruising, no speeding unless necessary to pass someone or get off an exit ramp, no leaving formation unless we are getting gas, taking a break, etc. When we decided to cruise, just get behind one of our members in file and stay at the same speed as everyone else, staying pretty close but not to close, watch for red lights, stop signs, and turn signals.
Car Shows
At car shows try to wear our club t-shirts, hats, etc. That way we can attract more members and widen our growth as a car club, the more members the more money we can raise, for more t-shirts, decals, bigger and better shows, more events, etc. Try to help along at the car show, by selling food, showing people where to park, membership drive table, etc. We agree to clean up after car show, so please if you see a trash wrapper on the ground please pick it up and throw it away.
